Absolutely. If Jesus were real, and living today, I find it utterly inconceivable that he would, for example, preach against the principle of healthcare for all, regardless of whether the sick or injured can afford to pay for it.
He would probably also have a lot to say about gun control, income inequality, wars of aggression, Guantanamo Bay, and our skewed political system which favors those that can afford to lobby for what they want at the expense of everyone else.
