Author | Topic: What if Jesus and Satan were real? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

We just simply disagree.
Understanding scripture is as much a development as understanding the laws of the universe. In my view "evil" was created by satan. It is not stated evil was created by God in scripture ref to gen 3. God does punish evil acts ref to gen 3. I'm fine agreeing to disagree. Edited by Blue, : AddSincerely Blue

No matter what way the cookie crumbles you end up with a divine law that judges you in those verses. I agree that we decide to a certain point and that we can act according to the law without knowing it. Ref to my prior post.

Satan chose evil. God created beings with free agency. Beings that can't opt are not free.

God created Satan. God didn't create evil. The ideology that because God created satan God created evil is rediculess. Did your parents create your intentions? This also is a bad argument that God is not all knowing. God created free beings. This freedom is abused but it is also exercised as per God's wishes. Choice has always been the point and thus why you are judged.

Where does it read God created evil? Regarding who created satan read prior post. Satan chose evil he didn't create himself.

We can make the same speculation about anything. Those type of points are moot. Referring to the quote in my response.

In point, post 256 has a bunch of verses being interpreted by an athiest with a lot of claims. I'm trying to decide if I even want to take the time to respond. It will be a waste because we will just disagree.

Paul I have not seen a single good argument. I can tell you all are in love with each other no doubt. In the midst It's just opinion vs opinion. Quoting dead people is pointless. We disagree that's all. This ain't no big league. It's a debate forum where most people living have never heard of coming to talk about their thoughts because people here are just regular folk. So grab your dick and munch.

It seems lucifer sinned at the exact time man sinned, the serpent getting its legs cut off signifying judgement. And if you read ezekiel 28 it reads to support the idea. Lucifer could go anywhere including heaven and then the earth became his prison. He can be judged on his choice to deceive man.
Fyi: we don't believe in a different god we just interpret it differently. Just like siblings would their parent or students their teacher. Edited by Blue, : AddSincerely Blue

God created man perfectly with the ability to choose. Just like your parents created you within natural processes originally created by God. Then you developed becoming what you are in free agency. This is also true for lucifer.

If YOU read it, the snake is to go on its belly all the days of its life. The metaphor is clear. Depicting something that was not on its belly before hence it had leggs. Yes it is a metaphor and it is clear this was the serpent's (satan) judgement. Even if YOU don't like my interpretation it is still judgement. Satan is still being judged in this passage and clearly a change in what would be normal to on its belly. This could be depicting satan being cast down to the earth. You calling it silly is you being silly. Stop being silly.
FYI: Atheism does have a God. The GOD of atheism is nature.Sincerely Blue
