reliability
quote:
Dr. Comninellis (he’s a medical research doctor).
It seems to me to be highly unlikely that a "medical research doctor" would get this so utterly wrong. Have you checked out to see if the "Dr." is a lie? You do understand that someone is lying to you don't you?
You're now making various medical claims. These aren't particularly on topic. They are also not supported by any posted references to reliable evidence. As noted earlier the apricot seed bit was debunked more than a decade ago. Are you being lied to here too?
Do you think these things have some relevance to the debate? If so could you clarify that?

Re: reliability
We haven't yet determined if Dr. Comninellis is lying or not.
First we have to determine if he's wrong or not. Exactly what proteins are you talking about? I think the claim was they were more similar in chikens and humans than chimps and humans, is that correct?
Is this for all analogous proteins? One out of 1,000's? A few? Which ones exactly. Where are your references - that need to specifiy the exact sequences for the compared proteins so we can see how different they are.
Now this part should be easy, shouldn't it? We are just looking at the basic facts here. Let's get that out of the way.
Editted to add:
See the next post, it's making it easy for you.

Re: Things terminally off topic?
I'd have to agree with admin and his comment on BBTroll. BBC has not run off to hide. He has continued to post and work on the issues. We may have thought he was a troll but he hasn't fullfilled those concerns to date (it just started to look like that). Some of us can't be on here all the time and our responses may be slower than others.

Source
Thank you for the source.
Here is a relevent quote from it:
"very similar to those of humans have been described in mice, chickens, and frogs. "
The issue isn't whether there is similarity between humans and chickens and frogs. Since we are all related you'd expect that.
The issue was whether these similarities where closer here than between humans and chimpanzees.
The sources given to you claim that the human and chimp aren't just "very similar" but are identical.

Re: reliability
Dr. Comninellis wasn't used in reference to cancer (I don't think) it was as a reference to the differences and commonality of some proteins. BBC hasn't gotten back to that yet.
BBC, there is a separate topic for the protein issue. Please address what is there.
