From a quick scan:

I'm seeing a few boxes which have thick lines on top and thin ones on the side but are just white inside with no question mark. They are in A22 and if I look at the link you provided (which displays with no problem) it shows they correspond to 'u's and 'a's in the name Gunter Wachterhauser which have an umlaut (? - two dots over the top!).
​
I'm XP with SP2 btw (edit: to my undying shame - I'm very lazy! ).
​
Oh and in A20 I'm getting three question marks instead of bullets for the gas composition details.
