The Serpent of Genesis is not the Dragon of Revelations

i completely agree.i'm glad you posted this. revelation is clearly a purposeful incantation of ancient mythologies meant to convey a certain immediate point. whether this point is the fall of rome under nero or some other, it is certainly not consistent with the rest of the bible and most definitely not consistent with the rest of jesus' teachings. if nothing else, it is the completion of the attempt to meld jesus with the promised military savior that the jewish messiah was supposed to be. it is a weak and bizarre rebuttal.

i call myself brennakimi. my name is not brennakimi. you do not know my name. if you knew my name you would have some power over me. even if that power is just googleing me and finding my address and egging my house, it would be some power.there is a huge difference in title and name. titles are given by certain groups but a name is something that you learn and associate with yourself. i have considered changing my name to brenna. but i fear not answering to it because i have learned my name means me.i can't believe that you wouldn't think there is a huge difference between god's name and god's title. it's like the difference between walt and daddy.
