You present a picture of 14 skulls and claim that is evidence of 'Macro-Evolution".

The only thing you have presented is 14 skulls that prove that a creature existed at one time that had that particular skull.
​
It is evidence, ICANT.
​
Anything else you want to conclude from that picture is your conclusion.
​
A conclusion based on evidence.
​
You could use your same argumentation to say that nothing is evidence of anything

The problem I have with saying evolution is a fact is that it assumes the process and the cause of the process are fact.

Its meant to be the exact opposite, though. When people say evolution is a fact, they are talking about what "One can see historically that evolution has happened" and not about the Theory of Evolution (which should not be called a "fact").

#4: Non-random with an added stochastic element.
