Re: Good Anti-Evolutionists books..
You sort of kill your list by including Dr*.Dino on there - I'd include him on a comedy book list but that's about it. Even most creationists wouldn't touch him with a bargepool.

Sorry CK. I don't think Dr. Retard...oh I mean Kent Hovind is even in that list.

Doh! I conflated him with Duane Glish (gallop) in my mind!

Re: Good Anti-Evolutionists books..
You mean Dr Hovind? Huh? I didn't even mention him. Although he has made very irrefutable points as well. What point that he has made have you found false?

Re: Good Anti-Evolutionists books..
"Dr." Hovind? A better question is which of his claims are actually true? He may have said something truthful once (even a broken watch is correct twice a day, as they say), but I can't think of one off of the top of my head.

Re: Good Anti-Evolutionists books..
If you can't think of "one" off the top of your head...then how is it that you were able to think that his points are false off the top of your head? I've listened to some of his material and they are actually very factual.

Re: Good Anti-Evolutionists books..
I'm sorry but Kent Hovind and Fact should never appear in the same paragraph. The man can be descibed as a fool by those who are charitable. Fortunately his shopping cart is back up so more fools can contribute to his coffers.

Too bad this is off-topic.
I have an idea, sport. Why don't you pick any one of Hovind's "irrefutable points", and start a new thread to discuss it?

Kent Hovind shows up yet again
We've had a LOT of Kent Hovind topics in the past. You may wish to try tracking down those via the search function.
Or maybe you wish to propose a new Kent Hovind topic.

Re: Good Anti-Evolutionists books..
Truth,
I've listened to some of his material and they are actually very factual.
And you have independently verified his material as being factual how, exactly? Sounds more like you want to believe it as being factual, rather than have found it to be "factual". The guy is a prick of the highest calibre.
I support Chiroptera's suggestion that you pick your very, very best Hovind argument & defend it in a new thread. Expect to be made a fool of, though, this is grist for the mill

I strongly suspect this topic has run its useful course - Closing down
I have absolute belief that it should NOT become a Kent Hovind topic.
Maybe Truth would like to propose a topic such as "The Best of Kent Hovind" - Or perhaps someone of the evo side would like to propose a topic such as "The Worst of Kent Hovind".
