Is this a "Peanut Gallery" for one thread only or can we just throw up comments about any thread?

The point I bring up here is out of place in the thread itself (it being off topic), nor is this any type of official thread problem for the problem thread. But the idea of a peanut gallery for these type of side comments I think is just right. Again this is a comment about another thread and not an issue to be debated. Nor will I debate it.
For hundreds of posts in a thread and its follow up thread, I have noticed that forum member Kelly is not responding to posts by forum member dwise1. Although technically she replied two times the responses were at first to a strawman type of recharacterization and then a skirting of the issue type of answer.
She may not be responding to others in the thread as well; as I think is probably true too (without checking). But dwise1's posts are so biting and reveal so overwhelmingly much valuable information and I venture to say crucial to the issue info, that her not replying to him becomes glaring. she simply ignores him. It is killing me to see it going like this for so many days now.
I've not read yet the last few posts on that thread but I've been with it all since the first thread and she is just about invincibly ignorant I think. Poor lady.

Did you get banned from there (evolution fairy tale)? I'm on there and it seems Richard Townsend as well.

traste is making progress and I like it
Traste over on the Transition from Chemistry to Biology thread, has finally learned how to use proper formatting and piqued my interest as I can now follow his discussion. I responded to him thinking how clever I must be. Then I go back and review the thread. The man has been told literally dozens of times about the meanings to the definitions being used for way over 300 posts in the thread. Tens of individual forum members have patiently (and not so patiently) tried to convince him of the meanings to the terms abiogenesis and spontaneous generation. He don't get it.
I have not given up hope though. First of all he said somewhere in the thread that he has had a rigorous mathematics training. And YES! he learned how to do [qs] quotes. That much is promising.

Re: Straggler vs RAZD
Although I gave up hundreds of posts ago on their debate, I have read the last few posts on that never-ending saga. BORING. Seems to be a stalemate as well.

Re: Confirmation Bias and Cognitive Dissonance
I've been reading Schiller lately in the original German. Every sentence is like a saying. True wisdom in every word. This is similar to your (RAZD's) posts actually, each is a POTM.
I sort of 'nod-off' often while reading YEC explanations so I know exactly what you are describing above. But my mind is nevertheless always open for hidden truths!

My applause to Percy and several of the forum members for their much needed interactions with Viv Pope. His presence seems to be (to me) only so much masquerading. I for one appreciate your efforts on the so many fronts he is propping up at once. I respect far too greatly the science and scientists that have gotten us to where we are today, than to have their work tarnished by someone I can only, so far, view as a pretender with visions of grandeur. Bravo, for a job well done.
