You are of course right that the Bible does not mention
vacationing in Brunei, but you need to appreciate the context to realize the significance of this and to understnad that qs must go, as it is a place of special significance. Most of you evos never read the Bible for the true meaning but if you open your heart to it you will discover that it not only mentions behaviour in Brunei but
directly links this to the evolution / creation debate.
"Brunei" is obviously a slight corruption the Hebrew "biyraniyth" - a fortress or strong place. In 2nd Chronicles 27 we read that Jotham "built cities in the hill country of Judah, and forts and towers on the wooded hills." The wooded hills cannot be in Judah, and where do we find the most mountainous and wooded areas in the world: Brunei!
Clinching evidence can be found in the full name of the state: "Brunei Darussalam". This is not only a clear reference to Jerusalem, but Darussalam means a place of peace: and were the castles of Jotham not built to preserve the peace?
After building the castles in Brunei what did Jotham do? The very next verse tells us: "He fought with the king of the Ammonites and prevailed against them."
I rest my case.
