I am a software developer for a content provider for mobile.
A lot of the job requires to debug programs, i.e. find what's wrong and fix it.
So it leads me to refuse the claim that random errors can lead to more complexity even if programs reproduced and the less likely to develop bad mistakes would be kept, I don't think it would make the programs more complex or more suited for specific tasks. But then that's just my point of view.
Anyway, I really like that forum. I haven't look much forums but this one looks clear, and well done and diversified.
I have always loved science since a very young age; I would read a lot on different topics like electronics, computers, meteorology, animal stuff, dna, mathematics, chemistry, i couldn't get enough. My dream was to work in a lab, like in some American movies high tech and everything.
But in France after doing an internship when I was 13 at the INRA (Institut National de Recherche Agronomique), I was a little bit disappointed by the labs and the facilities ( i know i am very picky), it was not first class, as I had imagined (I had a great time though, especially the cafeteria was awesome!), anyways, I started to be very interested in animation and CGI (Toy Story was the first CGI, and it impressed me a lot), so my goal was to work in the CGI/animation field.
After 3 years of applied-arts in high school, once i had my high school diploma i wasn't sure what i wanted to do. But after a year i decided to do get a bachelor degree in computer sciences. But it's not an exciting job i think, but better than McDo (where i worked as a student).
That's my short life.
Oh yeah I love to read, watch movies, travel, and observe nature, insects, my dogs...etc
