Per Mr. Jack's request, this thread is for the discussion of the viability of abiogenesis - specifically to provide a forum for an on-topic response to this post.

Hi Bob!
Could you flesh this out a bit? I know you referenced a post, but as rule 5 of the Forum Guidelines states, you should bring your evidence and arguments into the thread and only use links as supporting references. You need to outline the topic and identify your position.
But there's another issue that concerns me, and that's that you may be spreading yourself too thin. I'm inclined to wait until activity diminishes in the current threads in which you're active before promoting any more.

I'm sorry. It was Mr. Jack who requested this thread. I don't think I can flesh it out since I'm not sure what exactly he wished to discuss. Is it possible to add him to the thread so he can post where he wanted to go with it? Or should I just scrap it and let him start the thread?

Agree. My only reason for starting this was becuase he asked me to.

I understand. If Mr. Jack wants to propose a thread I'll let him do it. I'll keep this one open for now.
Sorry you're suspended. I haven't had a chance to review the relevant thread yet, but Mod's a very fair guy and he must have felt the off-topic stuff was getting out of hand.
We try pretty hard to keep discussion focused on the topic and, as I mentioned before, we try to encourage discussions that get somewhere, hence the focus on evidence.
