It has become apparent to me that the coffee house is also a strictly moderated place as well as other forums. So far, I've had 2 threads either closed down or moved to short subject. I've also been threatened with suspension.

Before these incidents, I was under the impression that we don't have to follow the guidelines for a debate in the coffee house because of the following quote:

I just want to be clear once and for all. Do we have to follow the guidelines for a debate in the coffee place or not?

The "Coffee House" is for subjects outside of the themes of Creationism/Evolution debate. The forum guidelines full apply at the "Coffee House".

That is a very different interpretation of "relaxed chat" than how I initially interpreted it.

Could you at least change that intro into something else so noone else will fall into the trap like I did? Following the guidelines is certainly not "relaxed chat".
