Now current through 1/31/06 end of day
>>63 new topics since 1/15/05 talley<<
>>157 active topics since 1/15/05 talley<<
>>3516 new messages since 1/15/05 talley<<
The database is filtered to exclude duplicate topics such as promoted "Proposed New Topics" (although there probably are still some duplicates).
It is as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet file, and is available at
http://www.lakenet.com/~mnmoose/alltopic1-31-06.XLS
It is sorted by order of topic creation. You can download and save it, and then sort and/or filter it as you wish.
It is now current to end of day, 1/31/06. It runs 1,096kB.
Note that this is a new file name. This should force your browser to download the new version, rather than pulling the old version from the cache. The old version has been deleted.
>>You can plug the topic number into the topic URL's. For example, this topics URL is http://EvC Forum: All Topic database available -->EvC Forum: All Topic database available. The "20" is the forum number, and the "55" is the topic number. In the database this topics number is listed as 20-055.
If you are looking for topic 01-099 (a random choice), plug the "1" in place of the "20", and the "99" in place of the "55". Disregard any leading zeros in the database listings - They are there only for database sorting purposes.
Cheers,

Re: Now current through 5/18/06 end of day - Bump
I have one update sitting in a computer currently in storage - I don't know if this update will ever get online.
I'm also not sure how much longer the current online version will be there.
Bottom line - May very well be no further updates, and the most recent version may not remain online.
So, if you find the database to be a usefull thing - Download and save what is currently online (see previou message for link).

Bump
Re:
Search engine isn't working that great
The difficulty of tracking topics was part of the reason I did this database. Via the Excel software you can do nice filterings and/or sortings.
I have ceased updating the database (way to much effort and time required), but the most recent version (from this past May) is still available at http://www.lakenet.com/~mnmoose/alltopic5-18-06.XLS.

Added by edit: I believe that Percy desires to have a simular database (auto generated) built into the forum someday, but it may be a long time coming.
