I am just finishing up a book by author Lance Witt called REPLENISH: Leading From A Healthy Soul.

Here is a bit about the author and his agenda on the internet: Replenish Book

The book was part of our reading for the Denver Leadership Initiative a 12 month seminar that I am just finishing up.

The book addressed some of the issues concerning church leadership and what it means to be a healthy leader. One of the things I particularly liked about the book was that at the end of each chapter, questions were asked for reflection. As an example, Chapter six was titled Ambition Ambush.

In Ministry, the perfect storm for a personal disaster is also the convergence of three elements: ambition, isolation, and self deception.
The author continually asks questions in each chapter.

One of the major purposes of debate is to help you hone your arguments. Yours are pretty bad. They can use all the honing they can get.~Ringo
