Well, this still isn't really a very significant "issue."
The Canaanite word translated Leviathon was ltn (see google book for parallel Ugaritic text and translation). Some debate if these are the same thing.
Okay. Who cares if they refer to the same mythological organism?
I don't think it's any surprise that there exist different interpretations of ancient texts. So the significance of this is..?
