In the Bible, it states that God decrees that the punishment for working on the Sabbath is being stoned to death. That's pretty clear - there's no confusion apparent in the verse - you work on a Sunday, you're dead, end of story. Saturday.

Cartoonists usually try to make their cartoons more relevant to reality than to your insane delusions.

For a long time now, the "mainstream" cartoonists have geared their stuff predominantly to Leftist propaganda. Yeah, those Leftists go about claiming that George Soros isn't even a member of the judiciary. You'd never catch a conservative knowing a thing like that.

Soros buys them all. CAIR threatens them all. Your stuff is so demented these days I have to suspect that you're a paid stooge yourself. And yet if you were to tell a psychiatrist that an Evil Jew has corrupted all the judges with his Jew Gold ... while Evil Muslims have coerced them all with their Muslim Terror ... and that when you find that an acquaintance of yours is skeptical of this, you suspect that he's a paid member of the Conspiracy ... ... then it's not me whom he would identify as being demented.

Why does the left have to reduce every considered opinion to a feeling? Calling a reasoned objective view of what Soros and CAIR do "hate" is childish and stu/pid, but unfortunately very effective with the Left who seem to be unable to think on any other level after decades of dumbing-down brainwashing. Your insane delusion that "Soros buys them all" is not a considered opinion. Your insane delusion that "CAIR threatens them all" is not a considered opinion. Your insane delusion that I disagree with you about stuff is that I'm a paid stooge rather than because you're batshit crazy is not a considered opinion.

Oo oo, you should watch your blood pressure. A hyperbolic abstract isn't a considered opinion and I didn't say it was; but it is an abstract of said opinion and has nothing to do with my feelings. So why were you lying?

Rushing things is how Trump hopes to keep up the momentum of fulfilling his campaign promises. He's had nineteen months to keep his promise that he'd release his tax returns if he ran for President. Keeping his promises doesn't seem to be high on his agenda.

Aww. One out of an amazing list of kept promises is your excuse to say such a false thing? Well, when a man has spent nineteen consecutive months breaking a promise which he could keep by making a two-minute phone call, it is obvious that keeping promises as such is not something he cares about, and that if he does sometimes keep other promises it must be out of some other motive than fidelity to his word, which he could obviously not care less about. (In the same way if you could find a couple of women he hasn't slept with, that wouldn't prove that it's important to him to not commit adultery. Or if you could find a couple of people he hasn't swindled, that wouldn't prove that he cared about financial rectitude.) But do tell us, what has amazed you so much?

I would bet you anything the 14th amendment was not originally intended to apply to noncitizens. Leaving aside the 14th amendment for the moment, the 5th also has a due process clause: " nor shall any person be [...] deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law". And it is easy enough to find out who James Madison --- who wrote the Bill of Rights --- thought it that it covered:
It does not follow, because aliens are not parties to the Constitution, as citizens are parties to it, that, whilst they actually conform to it, they have no right to its protection. Aliens are not more parties to the laws than they are parties to the Constitution; yet it will not be disputed that, as they owe, on one hand, a temporary obedience, they are entitled, in return, to their protection and advantage. And so a little before that he writes:
But it cannot be a true inference, that, because the admission of an alien is a favor, the favor may be revoked at pleasure. A grant of land to an individual may be of favor, not of right; but the moment the grant is made, the favor becomes a right, and must be forfeited before it can be taken away. To pardon a malefactor may be a favor, but the pardon is not, on that account, the less irrevocable. Now, doesn't that exactly cover the case of the green card holders? Is there some reason you feel that this does not settle the issue? (Link to the text.) Edited by Dr Adequate, : No reason given.

The phrase, "whilst they actually conform to it" excludes lawbreakers, which includes people who are breaking the law to be here in the first place. The word "obedience" is mentioned again later too. And I specifically asked you "doesn't that exactly cover the case of the green card holders?" A green card holder is not some sort of crook.
Madison's comments also are not referring to people who are not within the jurisdiction of the US. So if they enter illegally or are outside, the Constitution does not apply to them. That's a bizarre notion. Do you suppose it would be legal for the government to seize your property without due process while you were on vacation in Canada? And then when you get back they say "the Fifth Amendment didn't protect Faith while she was out of the country"? Can you imagine how loud a judge would laugh at that?
Also, the rights of noncitizens are not equivalent to those of citizens. True, they don't get to vote. However, James Madison, who wrote the Bill of Rights, Faith, said that the Constitution offers equal protection to foreigners.

If there are already rights granted for anyone to be in the country, from a green card to a visa or whatever, I would assume the travel ban would not apply to them. So you do live in a cave? But Faith, even if in your troglodyte habitation you are cut off from all other forms of news, surely you could have found out what's going on by reading this thread and noticing what everyone's talking about.
