The idi/ocies I was screaming at remain idi/ocies: there is no right for any foreign national to be here; they do not have a right to US legal services if they are here illegally or have not been given a legal pass to come into the country. Or they shouldn't have, if some mindless Leftist court said they do.
Again: the question that everyone else in the world is talking about, and the question decided by the courts, is whether those people who had already been granted the right to enter could exercise that right.
Apparently you agree that they should be able to. Maybe you're one of those "wacko liberals" and "mindless Leftist courts" I've been hearing about lately.

Re: Lying polls again
Oh, and Trump is right about the lying polls that put his approval rating so low. Definitely fake news. Just as the polls lied about the popularity of the candidates before the election, they are lying about this too.
They were right before the election. Clinton was more popular. Which is why she got more votes, remember?
And it is entirely plausible that his already low popularity should have taken a further beating from his multiple fuck-ups and failures.

Re: Lying polls again
The pre-election polls had her winning by as much as 98% in some cases.
Linky?
Conservatives do not think Trump is failing at anything, only liberals think that, magnifying small things. Every conservative source I tune into thinks he's doing great.
Well, maybe that's how things sound in your echo chamber, but there are plenty of people, even some conservatives, who are not immune to reality.

Re: Lying polls again
The liberals are in fact exactly that, immune to reality.
What's more, they're glue and you're rubber!
I'm talking about at least half a dozen radio talk shows, and that many internet sources, counting only the high profile sources. That's not an echo chamber.
It is: and a small one at that.

Re: Lying polls again
Oh, and I don't think she was all that much more popular if at all. I believe there is sufficient evidence already that there was enough election fraud of various kinds to make that a lie too. I believe the long long list of evidence at Frontpagemag that I posted on the Voter fraud thread is enough to make the case despite all the liberal attempts to find fault with it.
So if the polls before the election, the election results, and the polls after the election all tell the same story of his unpopularity, then they must all be lies. 'Cos the unthinkable alternative is that the world doesn't exactly conform to your prejudices.
Here's an anti-Trump demonstration:
Here's a pro-Trump demonstration:

Re: Lying polls again
Small? By what standard? Are you aware that Infowars gets over 40 million listeners, and it was up to 80 million during the election reporting ...
Where did you get that number? Did you hear it on ... Infowars? Just a guess.
Do you believe everything else they say, like the stuff about Bush being behind 9/11?

Re: Lying polls again. Also lying photos
You're good at fake news, maybe you should apply to CNN.
What did I say that was "fake"?
What do you think you are proving with those photos anyway?
Not much, I'm just enjoying myself.
Also we know that those protests have been violent ...
http://thehill.com/...-washington-yields-zero-arrests-report
No arrests made during massive Women's March in downtown Los Angeles - ABC7 Los Angeles
We also know there weren't any pro-Trump demonstrations. Why should there be?
Oh, there've been plenty. It's just that they've been tiny.

Re: Lying polls again. Also lying photos
This is all fake news, it's nuts. Trump's rallies were enormous, and his popularity among conservatives right now, judging from all the conservative sources I know about, is enormous. What's going on with those supposed demonstrations I have no idea, but it's fake for one reason or another. I'll probably hear about it somewhere in the next few days and I'll report back.
Maybe George Soros is paying everyone not to attend. After all, there's only, what, eight million people in New York City, so it wouldn't cost him that much to bribe them all with his Jew Gold. That's it, they're paid non-demonstrators.

Re: sovereignty
I would agree with you without hesitation if it weren't for the fact that Leftist influences have perverted the Constitution and our courts and our laws ("case law" or law based on precedent rather than absolute standards is a perversion) for so long they are no longer what they were meant to be.
You remember how that particular "perversion" dates back to the twelfth century? Do you literally want us to go back to the Dark Ages?

Re: sovereignty
No I want to go back to the way the American legal system functioned before it got turned into case law.
Case law has always been part of American law, remember? Which is a feature it got from British law, dating back to the reign of King Henry II, remember?
But no, you don't remember either of those things, do you? Information that doesn't support your prejudices rolls off you like water off a stupid duck.
