-I know that this is a reference to some old thing, but before reading Phat's reply that it's a Country Song... I'm not sure if I would have connected that specifically or not.

-to me, this is a comedic reference to it being okay to drink in the morning (or anytime)
-my guess is that it's from an old song or movie pop-culture thing
