Ned's new avatar looks like he is always ready to seriously debate with you on any issue. It really looks to me like he's about to jump out of the screen and grab my throat each time I look at it. Just look at him

I just updated it to last weekend while I was updating my MSN profile. I got so much flak of the last one I thought maybe this would be an improvement. Shall I try again? I am told that in real life I look a bit fierce. That was especially true when I had a beard.

I liked the original picture of you standing in a doorway. I'm still trying to figure out whether the object in the corner was a cane or an umbrella. Anyway, can I suggest a smiling picture? Give a big smile that crinkles up the eyes. Maybe that'll be scarier, but heck, it's worth a try!
