The person who does "evil" / "bad" things in a deliberate, calculated way or the person who follows along in an intellectually incurious, fearful way? In otherwords... do we go about fixing the Hitlers of the world OR the people who might follow them if we could only choose to fix one type?

Uh, if you do both one will just have to be closed. Put it in the coffee house but add to it as well.
