The only part of that that I followed was the first bit. It seems almost the opposite of another the thread:
The Results are in...There is a God! - What now?, and my first suggestion would be to change the title. Perhaps, in line with the other thread change it to
The Results are in...There isn't a God! - What now? (which I believe was originally titled
What if? as well), though on second thoughts that might not be appropriate given where I think you might want to take the discussion.
Then, might I suggest you clear the rest up a little? Its kind of confusing to follow a sequence of unexplained ideas with lots of obliques/forward slashes/delimiters, capitals (entire WORDS), fused sentences, heavy reliance on parenthesis and no white space.
Here is my attempt to understand your Proposed topic: You want to explore the consequences of a Godless universe. More specifically, you want to explore what reasons humanity might have for developing ethics (etc), and whether or not this is a more glorious (or noble) state of affairs for us all.
Is that about right? If I am at least close, might I suggest you also look to
Morality and Subjectivity as well as the thread referenced above and see if your points might be better raised there. If you feel that this topic is unique enough to deserve its own thread then come back, change the title and clarify the first post a
little lot!
I just noticed that AdminJar has just posted a similar response moments before I had chance to post this: I agree with him, it might be easier to find an existing thread to discuss your ideas than to spend time refining a new opening post.
I didn't notice that you had replied to AdminJar before I had a chance to post this
Take care and enjoy the boards!
