I've been holding off promoting this topic for a couple reasons. I think it's an interesting idea but the way you've laid it out needs some work before it gets promoted.
May I please get you to make a few changes simply to HOW the idea is presented.
First, the length itself is too long. Can you start with a short paragraph outlining your position.
Additional information can be added by responses to questions asked.
See if you can reduce the initial post to 500 words or so.
