Can anyone explain the point of this cartoon? Is the author saying that anyone who uses the phrase "it is just a theory" in spite of the evidence must be drunk? I suspect it might be anti-evolution but I can't figure out how.

I didn't think it was very funny either. It came from my father in an email and I'm not sure where he found it. I'm guessing it must have been the Washington Times.

I think you and Tal are correct, the cartoon is not anti-evolution. And it really isn't funny at all. Now, some of berberry's are pretty damn funny.
