Getting Religion - The New York Times
Is an article, subtitled "My years as a teengage evangelical", by a professor at U-Chi, contemplating his religious experiences in life. I thought it was a very well written, mostly-balanced portrait of the evangelical movement by an ex-member. I think that it is an excellent read, everyone should do it. (On the website it is 7 pages, but it is a quick read, only four in the Magazine.)
