This seems to be a worthwhile topic, it might be helpful if you explained a bit more about what genetic drift and genetic burden are. While those who are likely to be able to answer your question may be familiar with these terms others interested in the topic may not.

Your description of genetic drift is severely at odds with the common usage of the term. This section from the text book 'Modern Genetic Analysis' describes the commonly understood meaning of genetic drift.
When you are satisfied with your examples could you use the 'edit' option to redraft your opening post to incorporate them, as some people will reply to that rather than reading the subsequents post beforehand.
