You state that human digestive enzymes are closer to those of a chicken than those of a chimpanzee.
This lie has been quoted by Safarti and Gish at least. The specific enzyme they pick on is lysozyme.
But it is a demonstrable
lie. Human lysozyme is
identical to that of the chimpanzee.
