22 and i know this will sound audacious to most of you elders, but it feels old.
I recently had the epiphany that I probably peaked athletically a few years ago (sigh).

Take solace in the fact that there are some sports left where you can still reach the top tier without being in your peak physical condition; namely, ultimate frisbee. That dreams still alive for me (though notably, you don't get paid much at the higher echelons).
Also, let's not forget that Randy Couture, at age 43, just become the new UFC heavy weight champion...there is hope yet.
