I, too, am an unreal, non-buff. I occasionally buy the flavoured beans, grind them myself and add a spoonful to the cheap stuff. Sometimes, I use hot chocolate (powder) as a sweetener.
I swim in coffee, bathe in coffee, stick my head in a bucket of coffee.
Mostly in the evening.
