Archaeology for a Start
I don't know if you would call archaeology a science exactly, but it is one field where there's an increasing overlap with biology. Things such as pollen and seed samples taken from archaeological sites can reveal a great deal about the world in which peopled once lived. The distribution of ancient flora is clearly linked to natural selection.
