Hello there everybody! I just want to express my delight at such a fantastic forum (and no, I don't say this to people on every forum I visit!). I happed upon this site while looking for information on Israel & Palestine. I have my own views on conflicts & troubles there, but realised that I knew very little actual facts other than what I'd read in books about Arabic history.
Using Google (what else
) I stumbled onto a rather fantastic thread, at this site, about Israel & Palestine. Even better, it stayed civil even when it reached page 4
and while in a "flames" forum!
Perusing other topics on this site I decided I would like to contribute, involve myself in innarestin' discussions, and perhaps even learn a new thing or two.
So just a general post to innadooce, I mean introduce myself. I live in West Yorkshire in England. I turned 27 in December. My parents named me Kashif (it means something akin to "revealer" in Arabic) but you can call me "Agent". Or even "Uranium" - whatever takes your fancy. My friends simply refer to me as "Kash".
