Hey Oni.
Manchego Mmmm. The cheeses of Spain. Ever tried Cabrales blue cheese? I had it once in NY (can't remember where, but I remember the cheese), and it beats the shit out of any blue or gorgonzola you'd find in the states...but you'd have to be a blue (bleu?) cheese fan. Wonder how Luca's doing? Have a good one.

Ever tried Cabrales blue cheese? Once, in a spanish restaurant in Miami, on top of an aged ribeye...one of the best steaks I've had - the bleu on it was a great pairing. I'm a huge cheese guy, especially blue (bleu) cheese/gorgonzola. One of my dad's neighbors makes his own manchego, that is some of the best cheese I've ever had, especially paired up with a Rioja from Spain.
Wonder how Luca's doing? He's been upstairs for a while in his apartment, on the second floor. Think he may have OD on heroin? I'm watching too much CSI.
