Why Ask?? Why have this forum??

As members, we are guests on this board and as guests we are asked to put forth our best behavior. All members are asked to follow the forum guidelines. The moderators are concerned with behavior (not belief) and enforce those guidelines. I suggest you read the guidelines and decide whether you can abide by the rules of the board. What you do with your belief and faith is up to you.

But, you see, you can't use the claim that "the Bible is the living word of God" when arguing with (for example) an atheist, because the atheist doesn't take that as a premise. It would just be a big waste of time.You can argue for that proposition, on suitable threads, but you can't ever argue from that proposition, any more than an atheist can argue from the proposition that there is no God.
