I don't know about Latin since the original is Greek:
ὁ δὲ ἀνεξέταστον βίος οὐ βιωτὸς ἀνθρώπῳ.
Ho de anexetaston bios ou biotos anthropo.
The unexamined life is not worth living for a person.
Depending on your source, this will be either from Socrates or Plato.
