Deletions of content of messages by non-admins at that topic is manditory.
At one point, I moved the content to the (reopened) "General discussion of moderation procedures (aka "Change in Moderation? Part 2")" topic
here. I also had posted a link at the first cite, leading to the second cite.
Apparently we were both doing edits at cite 1 at the same time. His message appeared, I deleted his content and posted mine, then a newer version of his showed up, etc. In the end, I deleted his content there three times.
That's the story.
Moral: LOOK AT THE TOPIC TITLE OF THE TOPIC YOU ARE POSTING TO.
