Why is homosexuality immoral?
I understand that "the Bible says so". The Bible also says don't cut your beard.
One can easily make an argument for why murder or theft or rape are immoral without having to rely on a "Bible says so" type statement.
What would be the non-literalist argument for why homosexuality is immoral?
Edited by Nuggin, : No reason given.

Clarify
Not sure what you are hoping to gain.
If their justification is "the Bible says so", which you already know, what then?
Are you wanting to discuss whether the Bible scripture used to justify that homosexuality is immoral actually justifies it?

Re: Clarify
Basically this -
Aside from "the Bible says so" is there any other justification for this belief?
One can make an easy argument why murder or theft or rape are immoral acts without having to site scripture.
I just want to know if the fundies actually have some reasoning behind this other than "the Bible says so".

I would include that in your OP.
I would also add something like: Without using the Bible for justification can homosexuality be justified as immoral?
Let me know when you want me to review the OP again.
