The editor's purpose was, quite literally, to overwhelm the reader. In fact, the first page tells us of evolution's "overwhelming evidence"twice, in headline and text.

He has correctly represented the notion of A PRIORI nature of the teaching of writing papers on evolution. I experienced what he said in the bee project as a Freshman at Cornell.
"Unlocking the Mystery of Life" is what he is promoting today.

A question came up on the moral life of evos. Woodward spoke of libertarianism. He mentioned Raup and Ruse who have their own moral 'ethos' borrowed"" from Christianity.
There was a problem about logic of the designer vs the design if the designer is more complex than the design rasied scientifically by the last caller.
Woodward answered as to causality:
1)law like
2)random process
3)intelligence
Woodward said this is same comment as Dawkins made in TheBlind Watchmaker.
Woodward sayS it is ciruclar. Either universe produced us or intelligence produced us.
I would overscore that the desinger might be of the same cardinality but a different ordinality AS THE UNIVERSE and that does not necessarily lead to a contradiction as the last caller questioned. There could be one according to the "way science proceeds" if one assumes that NO DEDUCTION will occur in ANY DISCOVERY in/at/on/with the D"sign". We don't know. The caller like other evcers is free to wait.
We already know this on EVC so the broad cast didnt bring anything debatly new i would suggest.
