The first law of thermodynamics states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only changed from 1 form to another. But then how does energy exist if it cannot be created.

in answer to your question i think that befor something can exist it has to be created. and yes i am 1000% sure this is the 1st law

This still isn't an answer, this is just your opinion.
What is it that makes you *think* something has to be created before it exists, you must have some explanation other than 'I think'?

the total energy of the system plus the surroundings is constant. That's the First Law of Thermodynamics. The First Law is also stated as energy is conserved.
