Do you wish, now, to respond to the measurement of the LLM? If so I think that could be revived. If you can't handle that there isn't anything else you could handle.

There is, Mike, significant evidence that WT can not read a map. To say he can't based on that isn't, in my mind, being nasty. It is a sad statement of the situation.Of course, we are all open to new evidence. If WT is now interested in reading a map and doing some fairly simple measurements then we'd all like to see one of the simplest great pyramid issues resolved. It will be interesting to see how it comes out when the numbers are cranked under the scrutiny of people on both sides of the argument. So far only the skeptics have done anything with numbers.

Well, I thought it was just a sarcastic comment by Jar. I am ignorant of what happened in most of that thread.

It's only interesting, Mike, because it is so very simple. The nature of the claim and what is required to support it aren't complex. That is a major reason for taking it on first.However, look where it ended up. I'm talking about the LLM thread the orginal one wandered all over the map (pun intended).

For reference, the thread is Longest Land Meridian. If WillowTree expresses a willingness to examine his pyramid claims one by one, then this is the place to start. The only skill required is the ability to read and measure distances on a map.For those unfamiliar with the thread, Willowtree claimed it was neither possible nor fair to examine distance and area claims separately. The rest of us are still wondering how Willowtree made it out of 4th grade math.Not to declare open season on Willowtree, because I of all people must take the Forum Guidelines very seriously, but the guidelines provide members no protection against someone who politely but persistently feigns incredible stupidity. The moderators are at this time discussing and refining an approach that might prove helpful in this regard.--Percy
