What's the deal with creationists with science names? I mean, there was PhosphoLipidGen, and now EndocytosisSynthesis. I'm sure they're not the first. Meanwhile us science-types pick names like "Crashfrog" or "Schrafinator". Is this another example of creationists seeking to appropriate the cachet of science for their position?

'Is this another example of creationists seeking to appropriate the cachet of science for their position?' Not all of us. Unless you take wiz seriously!

Unless you take wiz seriously! At least you're honest enough not to present a facade of scientific experteise. Somebody with a name like "PolyHydroxylGroup" (my own invention) might be mistaken for somebody with a knowledge of chemistry (at least my laypeople if not by chemists). I just find it a little disingenuous for somebody who doesn't know science to co-opt a science-sounding term for their username, is all. On the other hand, this is America (at least where I am) so they can choose whatever name they like. I was just wondering if anyone else had felt the same slight frustration.

'I was just wondering if anyone else had felt the same slight frustration. ' Yes Crash especially when trying to spell their names, it sometimes takes longer to get the spelling right than to reply. lol. (he lives in the U.S the lucky ?$%^ard.)

(he lives in the U.S the lucky ?$%^ard.) I'm glad you think so, but I've been to the U.K. several times, and I just love it there... heh, this might be interesting. Why don't you open a free for all topic about what you think is so great about America that makes you want to live here.

Here's some more. This is fun. Fibber for Faith I'll Believe Anything If It Makes Me Feel Special We Don't Need To Look At Nature, We've Got The Bible The Bible Is Inerrant And Clear, Except Where It Isn't And Needs Interpretation The Facts Are Irrelevant If I've Got Faith ...and lastly... IgnoranceIsBliss
