Is there any scientific explanation or theory on the movement of planets and what causes it? What about the ever expanding universe? Since it's been expanding at the speed of light for 14.5 billion years, why aren't the forces driving this expansion diminishing? Has any hypothesis been proposed by science?

you asked for it
I'll promote this but I'm afraid you are hopelessly out of your depth.
Your post is crammed full of errors of fact and utter confusion about what is involved in what. I'm just too lazy to try to help correct it so I will see if someone will have a go at trying to sort you out.
To others:
I would suggest you forget thinking you will help Agobot here. Just have fun trying to see if you can make a decent OP out of this.
