The first law of thermodynamics states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only changed from 1 form to another. But then how does energy exist if it cannot be created.

in answer to your question i think that befor something can exist it has to be created. and yes i am 1000% sure this is the 1st law

in answer to your question i think that befor something can exist it has to be created This still isn't an answer, this is just your opinion. What is it that makes you *think* something has to be created before it exists, you must have some explanation other than 'I think'?
