Is it just me or does everybody have the problem that when you click on the link in the current picture of the week (the Sid Harris cartoon that I have as a T-shirt), the Forum list appears in the frame rather than in the entire browser?

Problem is fixed. The anchor tag needs to include "target=_top".

I can't seem to get the new version of the page to load into a browser, my cache is being especially persistent today. If you have the same problem you may not observe the fix right away, but it is there.
