Discovery Channel - "the top 10 unexplained mysteries"

I didn't know that this was any kind of big deal. I sleep pretty fitfully (it's the age you know ). So I wake and drop off a lot. I'm used to waking paralyzed a few times a month. It doesn't last long but I'm away of being somewhere between "anchored down" and disconnected from my body.I seem to have two basic kinds of dreams. Fuzzy one of impossible circumstances (scary or otherwise) and rather detailed mundane simple ones. Sometimes those are a continuation of whatever I was doing the night before and I have to think a bit to clear out which was a real memory and which dream. The ration is proably about 4 to 1 ( unreal to "real" ).The most deeply affecting dream I ever had was one that was of the mundane, 'real' type though.

The dream had me sitting at my desk. I heard the door opening, went around to the front door and my wife walked in.Just like she should have at a time in Nov '99. But the phone rang from the hospital instead.

I'm very sorry B2P. It's still pretty raw for you then.The experience of losing someone does help me understand why some would want to believe that there is more than just this life. There is a terribly strong need to make it better and find a way to cope.That isn't possible for me but I am reluctant to take it away from others.

Well perhaps you don't see. That and an article in a light weight popular magazine have very little to do with anything.
