Now unless I am mistaken, Stephen Baxter is a Science-fiction writer. Before we even consider the ramifications of this - can you provide any proof this is true from a science-FACT book?

This is the second time that you have tried this.I am familar with the procedure - I do not support your claim of the outcome of the procedure.

Is this a wind-up? Are you honestly claiming that most people when asked would describe the earth as a circle rather than a sphere or even a ball?
