How folks I'm new here but can I just make the following comment?
Is there much point in progressing this "debate" - don't both sides want to discuss science to make it "worthy" for this site?
Regards
Charles

I grown up a christian but as I got older I got interested in science - the only way I could make science fit my beliefs was to take no notice of large elements of it, that seemed to be dishonest to me.
Maybe there is a god, maybe there is not - but the bible is clearly just a book of stories.

God may have made the meat-eaters into herbivores for the duration of the trip
Why offer answers to anything? Food? "God dun it!" Any other problems "god dun it!"
Oh and as for rabbits eating their own pellets - yes but this helps rabbits produce vitamins, minerals etc. They would still need actual food for energy (I think - any rabbit experts?).

Not at all, it obviously rained a lot
Enought so that Noah would have be burnt to death along with his ark but that's a different story...

animals aren't very picky over water.
Wrong any number are very picky over water.
quote:
Many fish can tolerate salt or fresh water, salmon are proof of that.
Vast numbers can't - what about them? More "god dun it!"?
quote:
I'm no genetics expert, but I bet tolerance of either kind was in all fish genes, some fish kinds mutated after the flood and lost that ability.
Quite clearly you are no genetics expert because that's a lot of rubbish.

When you think about it there really are no problems with the flood of Noah.
When you think about it, you don't really seem to have much of a clue.

Re: Noah's Ark Answers solved (just joking)
See I have no problem with that viewpoint - if people want to believe "god dun it" - good for them. It's when they try and mangle science and say "hey this was all possible without any special interference from god!"

Re: Noah's Ark Answers solved (just joking)
Ah so you are just do the basic "god dun it" - why bother with the other stuff? Why not be honest and say "god dun it" rather than trying and made up some stuff you clearly don't understand.

Three fingers pointing back at you, dude. You have absolutely no idea how life began. You only know "it did".
And to which post can you direct me when I said stuff I "made up?" You went totally "clueless" on me when you visualized the naked breast thing, so I'm guessing have yet to understand a single word I've said.
Maybe you want to work on your basic reading skills before you accuse me of being "clueless"?

Are you paying any attention at all
Quite clearly you aren't - LMAO
Why? because you didn't even notice that that was a reply to A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PERSON.

Re: Stick to the topic
And the connection of this to science is?
quote:
Sure, I was just curious why Creationist are the only ones defending here
You wonder why people who believe in a faith-driven flood are having to defend that belief in a thread about science in a forum about science?
No I don't fear Thor's future judgement.
