I was mistaken, in thinking AdminSylas had made the message move / topic creation. Apparently it was actually Admin/Percy.

Might it be that the method is only working for Directors? Have any of the Administrators successfully used the method to create a new topic?

BTW, I personally don't like the method. I think it should be used most sparingly. I would have preferred that Lyndon Ashmore had created and run his own message through the "Proposed New Topics" procedure.

Shouldn't this discussion be happening in the Private Admin Forum?
We're not doing a very good job of hiding that we don't know what we're doing?
