Well, if I may interject, Jesus did come to save all. Before His birth and after. If you're saying he couldnt because He wasnt there yet, thats saying He came into existance when He was born which is incorrect.
(John 1:1-In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God, and the Word was with God, He was with God in the Beginning...)

One must conclude that the righteous will be saved, regardless of time period. Like iano said: Abraham was used by Paul as a positive image, and he will definately be saved, for he started the Hebrew race, the Chosen race of God.

First. He needed Mary to come as a human. No there wasn't two of Jesus. He existed in Heaven before coming to earth in human form.
