Re: Another Bachmann Fake
Bachmann is old news. For true connoisseurs of crazy, the man to watch now is Gordon Klingenschmitt.

David Graham, TurboGenPower
This weeks loony is David Graham, sole proprietor/loon of TurboGenPower, and a magnificent example of what happens if you combine arrogance with ignorance. He has invented a perpetual motion machine, but heck, haven't we all? Mine runs off the energy liberated when you square a circle.
No, what makes this guy special is his take on the history of science ...
Recently some idiots by the name of Kevin and Plank thought that they could become famous scientists by formulation such a statement. These idiots have found their way into thermal dynamics text books. Here is the NEW BULL SHIT SECOND LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS by Kelvin-Plank * Kelvin-Plank statements :
"It is impossible to construct a device which operates in a cycle and produce no other effects than the production of work and exchange of heat with a single reservoir . " Here is the web reference. http://202.113.227.136/...amics/HeatPPT-English/Chapter7.ppt.
In all my thermodynamics texts I cannot find a Kelvin-Plank statement.
Well, so much for those newcomers to the scientific scene Kelvin and Planck. As for that raw parvenu Clausius ...
The Clausius statements of the second law is another Classic Idiot and product of our 2 1 Century Scientific Education. * Clausius statements :
"It is impossible to construct a device which operates in a cycle and whose sole effect is to transfer heat from a cooler body to a hotter body."
Your local refrigeration man even knows better than this. He will sell you a device which will take heat out of the cold outdoors and transfer it into your warm house. It is called a HEAT PUMP, and is used in many homes in America and has been perfected for about 100 years.
Peer review is also apparently a recent invention:
I began to wonder what would have happened to Eienstein's paper's in 1905. If in 1905 there was peer review, none of Einstein's papers would have been published. No one understood him. Einstein's two famous papers would have fallen into the dust bin of history. An interesting historical observation.
Peer review has truly caused modern science to fall into the depths of depravity and cease to serve Mankind.
Apparently in Einstein's day physics journals would publish anything if you asked nicely enough. Truly 'twas a golden age.
He is also notable for his proof that global warming won't cause the sea level to rise.

Re: David Graham, TurboGenPower
How do you come across this stuff????
In this case, I was looking for a bona fide reference. But the stench of stupid attracted me like a vulture to carrion.
(Wait, who is Kevin?)
He must be one of Eienstein's pals.

OK, folks, it's time to play Republican Congressman Or Paranoid Schizophrenic:
This is a man-caused disaster, and the man that caused it is Barack Obama, with his DACA policies and his Morton memos, and the advertisement that has been such a huge magnet that have caused these families to give their daughters birth control pills and send them down a rape path all the way through Mexico, and it’s a death path on the death train.
Of course, that may be a false dichotomy ...

Starbucks
Well, there's a lot of competition for the premier loony of this week, and I may come back and talk about some of our freshman Congressmen. But this may well take the cake.
Connoisseurs of madness will remember this guy for his ravings about how Obama is a "long-legged mack daddy". Now read on.
Starbucks is a place where these types (gays) frequent and a lot of body fluids are exchanged there. The thing that I was not aware of is that what Starbucks was doing is that they were taking specimens of male semen and they were putting it in the blends of their latte. Now this is the absolute truth It was a big article about an investigation into Starbucks using male semen and putting it into the blends of coffee that they sell.
But the deal is that Starbucks has been legally accused of using male semen in their latte you know, my suspicion is that they’re getting their semen from sodomites. That’s what my suspicion is.

OK, I can see why they might vex some people. That alone doesn't make one a loony. But ... well, see if you can spot what does.

Are snowmen a big problem in Saudi Arabia? I can't imagine they're rife.

Sandy Rios
Of the American Family Association.
Well, she's performed a careful analysis of Obama's language in his State Of The Union address, and she's come up with something very "interesting" ...
The other thing he said that I caught, he has done this before, you know there are five pillars of Islam, and he used the term ‘pillars’ again in his speech last night. [...] It is just really interesting, language can actually give us some insight, choices of words.
I'm not saying that these people are actually paranoid schizophrenics: if they were, it would be cruel to make fun of them. I'm just saying that they reason exactly as though they were paranoid schizophrenics.

Re: can we nominate a group?
Experts are obviously biased towards thinking that the things they've discovered are true.
This is, so far as I can see, the actual rationale for the law.

Michele Fiore
An assemblywoman from my own great state of Nevada ...
If you have cancer, which I believe is a fungus, and we can put a pic line into your body and we’re flushing with, say, salt water, sodium cardonate through that line and flushing out the fungus. These are some procedures that are not FDA-approved in America that are very inexpensive, cost-effective.
(R), but you don't need me to tell you that.
