1What is Meditation??
2What happen if you do regularly?
3Is this Type of just Prayer,worship?
4Is this related only Hindu religions?
5Is the only scientific and short cut to reach towards God?
6Is this only just mantel Exercise?

Please feel free to make your opinion on this that would be very help full me to improve my spiritual knowledge.
