Hello Himansh,
I hope you enjoy posting here, it's a fun place.
Here are my thoughts:
Himansh writes:
What is Meditation?
Meditation is a state of self-focus. It can be many different things to many different people.
To me, it's various things at different times.
Sometimes it's focusing on self-reflection and honesty.
Sometimes it's focusing on freedom and detachment.
Sometimes it's focusing on external possibilities.
What happens if you do it regularly?
It can become a powerful tool for personal spirituality.
Is this Type of just Prayer, worship?
Not for me. In fact, for me, it's not prayer or worship ever.
That certainly doesn't mean it can't be for others, though.
Is this related to only Hindu religions?
No.
I'm not Hindu or related to any Hindu religion and I meditate.
Is it the only scientific and short cut to reach towards God?
I don't think meditation is overly scientific.
I also don't think it's a short cut to reaching towards God. But that's mostly because I don't think God exists.
Is this only just mental Exercise?
Yes.
Although the word "just" is extremely misleading. As meditation can be a tool to help people reach plateaus of contentment and peace that may be unattainable without mental exercise.
Unless you mean something along the lines of "can you communicate with beings (Gods or otherwise) while meditating" or something like that.
Then I don't know, I've never met a God or any other being that could communicate using meditation... I've also heard many stories of such, but they all seem very un-credible and made-up-ish. So my answer right now is "no." But I'm open to investigating new information.
